Today LSV is a multifaceted volunteer-based community organisation with a focus on public safety and community wellbeing Our volunteers, members, employees and partners work together with communities, educational institutions, government agencies, businesses and the broader aquatic industry, to Save lives and empower communities to safely enjoy water.   About the roleThis is a part-time (0.6FTE), ongoing position based at our Port Melbourne office, with hybrid working arrangements (2 days in office, 1 day WFH).  As the Officer – Learning Systems, you will support the administration, coordination and continuous improvement of LSV’s Learning Management System (LMS), with a strong focus on backend setup, system maintenance and ensuring a seamless user experience. Additionally, you will:Administer and maintain the LMS (aXcelerate), including managing user profiles, permissions, course structures and system configurations Coordinate the setup of online and blended learning, including uploading content, configuring modules, setting assessments and tracking completions Manage learner enrolments, monitor progress, update completions and produce reports on participation and compliance Maintain data accuracy and system integrity through regular updates, audits and alignment with training requirements Troubleshoot system issues and respond to user queries, providing clear and timely support to stakeholders and learners Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting system updates, identifying efficiencies and maintaining user guides and documentation About you You are a detail-oriented and systems-savvy professional with a strong interest in digital learning and technology. You enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure systems run smoothly, thrive in a structured environment, and bring hands-on experience with learning management systems to support effective learning delivery. You will bring: Demonstrated experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS), including backend setup, user management and system coordination.
